As our first residents quickly approach moving into their new homes, The Wave, Muscat thought that this would be a fantastic opportunity to update you on our progress so far! As you can see below our first villas are now built and almost ready to hand over.

Construction Update
The main boulevard is starting to take real shape now that the final planting is taking place and the access roads to other areas of the development are forging ahead.
Construction is progressing well and The Wave, Muscat is happy to report that:
- 545 homes are now under construction – Sectors 1, 1a, 2, 3 and Almeria North and South
- The Marina’s western arm is now extended to 550 metres with the full length extended at 690 metres.
- On the eastern side of the Marina, the outer reef has been excavated for 1km out of the 2 kms required.
- Over 3,000 quay blocks have been manufactured to date, approximately 65% of the total requirement.
- 5000 cubic metres of rock from the quarry is transported to The Wave, Muscat site every day.
Show Villas now open
The 3 show villas at The Wave, Wave Muscat are now complete and open. Famous UK chef Antony Worrall Thompson visited The Wave, Muscat where he carried out cookery demonstrations for existing customers. At the opening Antony was able to demonstrate to customers the high quality designs and finishes of the show villas paying particular attention to the Santini kitchen. Customers were delighted to see the quality of finishings and fittings of the show villas, providing them with peace of mind that their own homes will be of the best quality.
